As a creative coordinator at Conta Simples, I led the implementation of changes and improvements within the team, resulting in significant advancements. I played an active role in the creative conception of the "Startups Fever 2023" event, which featured over 15 speakers and attracted more than 1000 attendees.
As the first designer at Ame Digital, I played a crucial role in shaping the brand's identity and creating a comprehensive brand book. Leading the brand experience activations, I fostered collaborative brainstorming sessions, resulting in impactful campaigns that exceeded sales goals.
