Skilled in leading and inspiring teams to deliver innovative projects.
As a creative coordinator at Conta Simples, I led the implementation of changes and improvements within the team, resulting in significant advancements. I played an active role in the creative conception of the "Startups Fever 2023" event, which featured over 15 speakers and attracted more than 1000 attendees.
As the first designer at Ame Digital, I played a crucial role in shaping the brand's identity and creating a comprehensive brand book. Leading the brand experience activations, I fostered collaborative brainstorming sessions, resulting in impactful campaigns that exceeded sales goals. I spearheaded multiple successful campaigns, including five Black Fridays, showcasing my expertise in delivering exceptional results for the highly successful fintech with over 80 million customers and 4.4 billion annual visits.For the third consecutive year, Ame have been ranked on the top 10 fintechs and super apps in the country and Winner of the 4th edition of the "Most Beloved in Rio" Award, promoted by Veja RIO magazine.
